Kate, with over 10 years of experience in the hotel industry and a background in design and architecture, brings a passion for preserving heritage and creating unique, memorable spaces to this beautifully renovated olive farm. She also runs a lifestyle design and architectural firm and shop that operating between Sevilla and Palma de Mallorca, allowing her to blend contemporary style with historical charm.
Juan, a member of the family that originally founded the olive farm centuries ago, is part of the 11th generation dedicated to preserving this incredible piece of heritage. Together, they have lovingly restored the property, combining modern comforts with its rich history to offer our guests an authentic yet luxurious stay in the heart of the Sierra de Cádiz.
